According to the international standards of building, the El-Abbas Holy Shrine continues with noticeable paces of achieving the dining hall project of the El-Abbas Holy Shrine, located on Babylon-Kerbala road.

75% of the whole project has been achieved, and the main purpose of building such an edifice is to provide the pilgrims of Imam Hussein and El-Abbas (Peace Be Upon Them) with the best services ever, especially those who come on foot to offer their pilgrimage and their rituals.
